Cool! I didn't know Gil Scott-Heron is gonna be at S.O.B.'s in NYC next week til just this second. Drake was there last week and I heard it was off the hook. Gil's music really speaks to me. With his spoken word poetry set to beats and drums back in the '60s and '70s, he is easily one of the pioneers of hip hop as we know it today. I've been wanting to cop some of his old LPs for a minute now. The revolution will not be televised!
