Incredibly realistic ballpoint pen drawings

I used to reign in the ballpoint pen drawing game. The sides of notebook paper, Post-It notes, empty envelopes, office stationary... no surface was free of my doodles, especially when bored.

Armed with only a BIC ballpoint pen, Spanish artist Juan Francisco Casas keeps the game alive and well by sketching incredibly realistic portraits. Casas creates the eye-catching artwork based on pictures he's taken and can go through up to fourteen pens for one art piece.
