Please place your order carefully as I do NOT offer refunds. Each LEGO heart pin is custom-made per order. The pins that you receive in the mail were made specifically for you, per your specifications. Due to the nature of hand-crafted products, I am unable to offer refunds.
As an accessory meant be worn close to the body, LEGO heart pins are a hygienic product. I take matters of hygiene and public safety very seriously and do not allow worn or used items to be returned for the safety of all of my clients.
No cancellations are accepted for orders once they have been processed and confirmed.
Please be aware that the LEGO factory I order my bricks from does NOT offer expedited shipping. For this reason, and depending on the details of your order, pins are normally shipped within 1-2 weeks from your payment date. Please note: This is an approximate time frame and can vary depending on the details of your order.
