At least one of them has already tested positive and has pressed charges against her. Under German law she could face anywhere from six months to ten years imprisonment if convicted of doing "grievous bodily harm" to the men she's slept with.
This situation is really intense, you guys. But before everyone flambasts this chick think of this:
- I'm reeeeaaallllyyy sure her partners ABSOLUTELY INSISTED they wear condoms with this chick. Even if she did do it knowingly, these guys are just as in charge of their health as she is. Just because she's pretty, rich and famous doesn't mean you won't catch anything.
- Assuming she is NOT accused of the crime, now the entire world knows her HIV status.
- OMG I DIDN'T KNOW PRETTY PPL COULD HAVE AIDZ!!!1!! (sike, but there are losers out there who really think that)
- What if her accusers are lying and just saying this stuff to slander this chick's name?
