OK, so DC's really been cracking down on the ticket-giving and whatnot and I'm totally over it. I was parked for literally an hour or less before I was "blessed" with this stupid piece of !@#$ on my windshield. Really "L. Weaver"? You couldn't let a sista slide just once?OVER IT.
