This ho... this ho right here? OF COURSE she's from DC, smh (yet why does she talk with an affected NY accent?). I knew her special brand of annoying had to have some sort of background, and it looks like she's been perfecting her craft for years. Those of you who listen to the radio around here might remember her screeching on Big Tigger's old radio show, "Live in the Den." Doesn't ring a bell? Then maybe you'll remember her voicing the original 3D hoodrat, Cita, on BET (how fitting). Now she's The Slutty One on VH1's "Let's Talk About Pep." LOL.
