This is a look I did using Sinful Colors in Black on Black
as a base with Essie's Matte About You
and a black nail art pen over top. Y'all don't know how long I've been looking for a black matte polish. They're usually released around fall or winter, and the ones I've found out-of-season have been priced accordingly 
Luckily I stumbled upon Matte About You, which allows me to make any of my polishes a great, even matte. I'm really digging the look here, I can't wait to experiment with more matte designs.--- Posted from my iPhone ---
