over two coats of Sinful Colors' Black on Black
, then finished it off with a swipe of Seche Vite
for smoothness and shine:

It's like having the universe on your nails.I never really paid attention to Nicole by OPI until they started showing up on shelves at Target, but they are proving to be a really great brand that's worth the extra $$$ if you love sparkle, shimmer, and unusually lovely pops of color on your nails.
