Happy 4th y'all

Here's a little glimpse of my night last night. Tried taking pics but it's so hard getting the fireworks right when they're going off. It was like a pretty war in the skies... little kids and dogs were losing their minds, lol.

In all my years of living here I've never been downtown to see the fireworks on the Mall. Why, when fireworks are legal in the rest of the city? Fireworks on the Mall seems touristy anyways, why fight all those crowds and traffic when you can go down the street and see them joints for half (or none) of the hassle. But that's just ME.
