In other news, Jazmine's set to receive the Rising Star Award by Billboard on December 2, an award also bestowed upon everyone's favorite eccentric, Lady Gaga, in 2009.

"I admire Lady Gaga, so to be honored in a category that she was once in is such a rewarding feeling," Sullivan tells Billboard.com. "When I heard the news, I was so happy. I feel honored to be chosen as this year's Rising Star."
